This time of year, in our neck of the woods, it’s all about Arty’s birthday bash…

…great food, great company, great vino, great spot…(Wapengo.)

In a way it’s kinda sad because it marks the end of the silly season – most folks have to drag themselves back to work immediately hereafter – but it’s a highlight on the holiday social calendar and not the least ‘cos it’s an unpretentious, neighbourly affair…

It’s lotsa fun; we all get schnickered (some a little more than others, heh, heh…), we dance to the Duelling-DJ Piekalns Brothers…

…and somewhere along the line we eventually wake up in paradise; in Arty’s boatshed on the lake…

It’s a truly bewdiful thing. We shan’t carry on too much – we’ll let the snaps do all the talking…for more of a perv go here.
